Refund policy

Our return handling period is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot accept a refund or exchange.

The conditions of return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived.
- Return the item using the packaging materials used at the time of receipt.

Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards and coupons
- Downloadable software products

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.

In the following circumstances, only a portion of the merchandise price will be refunded:
- Software
- Products that are damaged or partially missing for reasons that are not due to our negligence
- Items returned more than 7 days after the item arrived

Refunds (if applicable):
After acceptance and inspection of the return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t already received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
If there are no errors in the information you entered, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time after we complete the refund process before the money is actually refunded.
Next, contact your bank. It may take some time for the refund to be issued.

On sale items (if applicable):
We accept refunds for full-price products, but not for sale products.

Replacement (if applicable):
We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the same item, please email katsugear.inc@gmail.com and return the item to the address below:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you request a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that depending on your place of residence, it may take some time for the replacement product to be delivered.

If the price of the returned item exceeds ¥75, consider using a traceable delivery service or purchasing transportation insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
